Highly recommend!! Our furnace went out when it was 20° outside and we had 3 young kids in the house. Superb Heating & Air had a tech out to our home within 2 hours of us reaching out to them, and Wally had our furnace back working less than an hour later. Jeff was so helpful and easy to schedule with, and Wally was very knowledgeable and quick with his work. I will definitely be recommending Superb to any family or friends who need HVAC assistance in the future!

I used this business a couple of times and both times Jeff was super fast in responding. He is absolutely amazing and extremely fair and honest. He even walked me through a thermostat issue over the phone that fixed my issue with no charge. They fixed my ac very next day after reaching out on a Sunday night. I could not recommend them enough. I was astonished to have my heating unit repaired on Monday morning after it went out the night prior. Our house had gotten down to 61degrees. Jeff returned my call within the hour and assured me that someone would be here today and Wael showed up a few hours before even expected. He knew within a couple of minutes what the problem was and replaced the cracked piece – had the part in his car. He even cleaned another part that was corroded and probably round have failed in time. I felt the price was very fair and I was able to keep my appointments for the rest of the day. I highly recommend Superb – had been recommended to me by one of our neighbors who were also very pleased.
